This award was presented by Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick to recognize Mr. Shah as an outstanding minority small business owner, and for his personal achievements and contributions to our nation's economy.

This award was presented by Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick to recognize Mr. Shah as an outstanding minority small business owner, and for his personal achievements and contributions to our nation's economy.
For most of his career, Shah has worked with the SBA, both as a small business owner and as a mentor to newer small businesses. He attributes his success in large part to the resources and programs offered by the SBA, and encourages others to become involved as well.
Shah brings over 17 years of Federal Contracting experience to his role as President of S4 Inc. He came here from Bombay, India in 1984 with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Commerce. After pursuing a Computer Science degree, Shah began his career in defense contracting. In 1990, he joined a local Information Technology (IT) consulting firm as manager of defense contracts. It was this background and experience, coupled with enthusiasm and a strong work ethic, that brought Shah to start S4 Inc.
