Introducing TH-Queen™, a Patented Form of the Super Antioxidant Glutathione

NutraCAM officials announced today the release of TH-Queen™, a chewing gum that contains patented form of the antioxidant glutathione. Glutathione is manufactured in everyone's body as part of its defenses against free radicals, cell-damaging molecules generated as a byproduct of normal cellular processes. When glutathione production is compromised or glutathione is depleted, as is the case in some diseases such as Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) or "Lou Gehrig's" disease, many forms of cancer, etc., supplementation is helpful if not crucial.

Laguna Hills, CA (PRWEB) January 9, 2008 -- NutraCAM announced the official release today of TH-Queen™, a chewing gum that contains a patented form of the antioxidant glutathione.

Glutathione is manufactured in everyone's body as part of its defenses against free radicals. Free radicals are electrically unstable molecules that are being continuously churned out by cells and tissues, mostly as cell-damaging reactive oxygen species or ROS. Free radicals are mopped up or neutralized by various antioxidant defenses in the body such as the enzymes glutathione peroxidase, catalase, and various forms of superoxide dismutase (SOD). When antioxidant defenses are compromised or otherwise overwhelmed by free radicals (prooxidants), a state known as oxidative stress exits which can inflict damage to proteins, nucleic acids, and lipids. This can set the stage for cell, tissue and even organ damage, and indeed has been implicated as a player in the genesis and progressive of scores of diseases and maladies such as Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) and Parkinson's disease.

When glutathione production is compromised or glutathione is depleted, supplementation is helpful if not crucial. However, almost all oral glutathione breaks down in the body and thus is not available for use. NutraCAM'S patented glutathione resists break down in the user's body and thus is available to combat free radicals.

Like all NutraCAM supplements, TH-Queen™ was created using purified compounds made in massive state-of-the-art pharmaceutical manufacturing laboratories in Europe. And while most of the ingredients in NutraCAM products are classified as drugs in Europe, they are deemed heath food or dietary supplements here in the USA.

A website devoted solely to TH-Queen™ has been set up by NutraCAM: www.thqueen.com

"When it comes to addressing health & fitness needs, consumers are primarily interested in products that are pure, safe, effective and competitively priced. This is what NutraCAM's TH-Queen™ and other fine products are all about," said NutraCAM spokesperson Chara Howard.

"NutraCAM does not and will not ever compromise when it comes to either quality or value. We invite health & value-conscious folks to check us out by going to our official website, www.NutraCAM.com."
