Vacations Incorporated, rental management company in Winter Park, CO, has officially named Brian Lence as the President of the company.

Michael & Marcia Dybicz, the Owners of Condominium Management Company also dba Vacations Incorporated, are "very pleased to communicate that Brian Lence, Vice President of Sales & Rental Management, has accepted the position of President. His performance over the past four years demonstrates that he will do a fantastic job as President and we are very happy about Brian's willingness to take on the additional responsibility. Considering the ongoing growth in our community, the quality team being assembled at CMC and the talented leadership of Brian, CMC's future looks very promising. Congratulations Brian."

Condominium Management Company was formed in 1966 to serve as the property management company for the new Hi Country Haus development. As the town of Winter Park grew, so did CMC's property management activity, and today some 30 Homeowner's Associations are looked after by the company.

Vacations Incorporated is the rental division of CMC, and is the longest established rental management company in the Winter Park & Fraser Valley. Currently serving in excess of 200 units, Vacations Inc provides representation for condos and townhouses at 21 different locations, and a growing number of cabins and private vacation homes in the valley. A "Premier Properties Program" was started three years ago to provide special distinction on the rental program for deluxe units and selective private homes, and this has proven to be an outstanding success.

Brian Lence was born in England and grew up in the historic market town of Bury. St. Edmunds. Many Americans may be familiar with RAF Lakenheath, the largest U.S. Air-Force-operated base in England, located 11 miles away. After high school, Brian attended Loughborough University, the educational banking center of England, and in 1984, was awarded a Bachelor of Science graduating with an Upper Second-Class Honors Degree in Banking & Finance.

After university, Brian joined National Westminster Bank in England as part of their advanced graduate recruitment program, and worked at branch and area office levels, before being appointed Corporate Account Executive at the Head Office branch in London. However, a desire to experience independent travel, primarily by way of backpacking, led Brian to take a sabbatical from work, which eventually led him to leave England altogether.

Brian first arrived in the Winter Park/Fraser Valley in the fall of 1991, and found work at the Beaver Lodge, initially working in housekeeping, but living life as a true "ski bum". After initially obtaining a six-year work permit, Brian eventually became a permanent US Resident in May 2002.

Brian joined Vacations Inc in December 2003 as Vice President of Sales & Rental Management at a time when the travel industry was still in some turmoil following the repercussions of 9/11. "Without dwelling on the past, to be truly successful, I felt that the rental division needed to go in a different direction and this necessitated changes at many levels. This included re-discovering our trading identity and 're-branding' ourselves as Vacations Inc, overhauling our sales & marketing program with primary focus on our website and internet presence, improving our relationships with our top-performing wholesalers, growing our owner base, and building a new team," Brian said.

He continued, "I am very proud of the significant advances we have made over the last four years, and wish to pay tribute to all members of the CMC and Vacations Inc team for their part in this turnaround. It is important also to acknowledge the enormous contribution our industry partners have made towards this success story -- from our fabulous wholesalers, to our website and internet promotion team at Blizzard Internet Marketing. We have an extremely vibrant and visible program right now, both at rental and property management level, and moving forward, I believe we are poised for even greater success. With this in mind, I very much welcome the opportunity of talking with interested Homeowners and Associations alike about their rental and property management needs for the future."

Brian currently lives in Winter Park Ranch with his wife Rasa, and two children, Sarunas and Emma.
