Denver, CO (PRWEB) January 11, 2008
Burst's VP Engineering, Scott Barella, recently completed the TANDBERG Television Service Partner Programme, which positions Burst as the only U.S. Business Partner (BP) that has completed the Accredited Service Partner (ASP) program and is certified by Tandberg to service its products.
"This certification is very important to Burst and our clients," explains Barella. "Now we can upgrade our client's Tandberg equipment at their facility. Previously, equipment had to be sent to Tandberg for certain upgrades, a task that was difficult, even impossible because these encoders and multiplexers are on the air. With ASP certification, we can go to the station and complete the required service work onsite. This is a tremendous advantage for Tandberg customers, and we're very excited to be able to deliver this unique service."
Tandberg's Channel Resale Programme is designed to help Business Partners, including Burst, resell the TANDBERG Television products with value added services, focused technical expertise and high levels of customer satisfaction.
