Lawrence as the company's new Executive Vice President-Corporate Development, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. In his role, Lawrence will be responsible for overseeing all legal matters, leading corporate development activities, including acquisitions, joint ventures and partnerships and supporting the board in implementing best practices in corporate governance.

Lawrence comes to Aprimo after serving as EVP, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of ADESA, Inc., a provider of automotive auctions listed on the NYSE prior to being acquired by a private equity group in 2007. Previously, Lawrence was the Vice President and General Counsel-Americas for Thomson, a leading consumer electronics and digital media technology company, where he was responsible for legal affairs. He has held senior legal positions at OHM Corporation, United Dominion Industries, Stone & Webster and Omni Hotels Corporation. Lawrence earned a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Notre Dame and his juris doctor from the George Washington University Law Center.
