Smart Scanner Organizes Assets, Inventory, Media
IntelliScanner SOHO includes intuitive software designed to track internal assets, business inventory and media. The software tools provide detailed reports on where assets are, notifies when stock is running low and totals the value of what's in stock. Advanced tools allow users to change quantities on the go and perform inventory audits.
Additionally, IntelliScanner SOHO can use the retail barcode on books, CDs and videos to automatically provide detailed product information and cover artwork. This information can be organized, sorted or sent to the included iPhone application for access anywhere.
Integrate with Office, Filmaker, Quickbooks, Bento & MYOB
IntelliScanner SOHO allows easy integration with third-party database and accounting applications like FileMaker Pro, Bento by FileMaker, QuickBooks and MYOB. The scanner can create and search database records in FileMaker Pro, add items to invoices in MYOB and QuickBooks accounting software, populate spreadsheet cells and much more.
IntelliScanner SOHO also includes advanced keyboard emulation software that "types" barcodes into third-party programs, as if entered on the keyboard. IntelliScanner SOHO includes everything for small business organization - a portable USB barcode scanner, software and pre-printed barcode tags (for items without barcodes) in the box.
