Peak Sales Recruiting Inc., a search firm that focuses on finding salespeople for technology companies, today announced that Susan Riekki-Odle is joining the company to head up the Enterprise Solutions Division, which is focused on helping national and global companies build and re-engineer winning sales teams.

Susan is responsible for the overall performance of this business unit, the executive relationships with Peak's Enterprise Clients, and managing recruiting and research teams for the successful execution of projects.

With 18 years of sales experience that spans banking, retail and technology, Susan was most recently Vice President, Corporate Sales for neuroLanguage Corporation, an international company delivering language training solutions to large Business Process Outsourcers and publishers.

Prior to neuroLanguage, Susan held key sales management positions with Quest Software, FastLane Technologies, and OmniMark Technologies, where she grew sales teams and revenue on a consistent basis. She also successfully established a consulting firm that assisted technology investors and their portfolio companies with channel strategies.
