Christine Luttrell will serve as the Professional Development Director

Crouch, Slavin & Company, a leading professional services firm offering HRMS and ERP applications to businesses in the Southwest, is honored to announce the appointment of Christine Luttrell as the 2008 Professional Development Director of the Dallas Human Resources Management Association Board.

Founded in 1939, The Dallas Human Resource Management Association is a not-for-profit organization with an association membership of more than 2,000 Human Resource professionals and is the Society For Human Resources (SHRM) local chapter. Dallas HR was formed to foster the professional development of the membership, to be a forum for the exchange of ideas and to provide leadership for human resource concerns. The Association provides a wide variety of sources to solve problems and help expand the professionalism, competence and knowledge of its members.

As the Director of Professional Development, Christine will plan and coordinate speakers and materials for the association's wide range of educational sessions; facilitate the Job Link networking program; and be responsible for the annual salary survey including provider compliance. Christine also will further the mission of the association through participation in board meetings, representing the association in the business community and appointment of committee chairs. Christine was appointed to the position by Dallas HR president, Debi Dault from the MI Group.

Christine has been a member of Dallas HR for nearly six years and recently served as the SHRM Foundation Chair and continues to be part of the annual silent auction held in May.
