Resolver Inc., experienced strong momentum throughout 2007 leading to a positive forecast for 2008. Denzil Solomon has been added to the Resolver Inc. management team as Director, Global Strategic Alliances expanding Resolver's global presence.

Resolver Inc., a recognized leader in governance, risk and compliance (GRC) announced the momentum experienced in the early part of 2007 continued to grow throughout the second half of 2007 leading to a positive forecast for 2008.

Along with strong sales, in the utilities industry, The Resolver sales team has been busy with an increased number of sales of Resolver software for the Audit sector as well. With over 10,000 risk professionals using Resolver suite of GRC solutions globally and the number growing daily, it us evident that many companies are discovering the flexibility of the Resolver software products enabling them to run GRC initiatives across the enterprise. Many existing clients are expanding their use of Resolver applications beyond their initial programs.
