Real Magnet, LLC, today announced the integration of Salesforce with MagnetMail, its web-based email, RSS and fax marketing application.
Salesforce.com is an on-demand CRM application that allows customers to manage and share all of their sales, support, marketing and partner information. Salesforce has nearly 40,000 customers.
The integration, listed on Salesforce's AppExchange, allows MagnetMail clients to:
- Send emails and faxes to clients, prospects and members directly from the Salesforce interface.
- Seamlessly transfer contact lists and tracking data between the applications.
- View aggregate and recipient-level MagnetMail tracking data within Salesforce.
