Celebration, FL (PRWEB) January 16, 2008 -- Maximized Living's Dr. Ben Lerner will be making a live appearance on the Trinity Broadcasting Network's (TBN) program Praise the Lord Tuesday, January 15, 2008 at 10pm EST.
The live 2 hour show, hosted by Dr. Scott Hannen, also includes guests Dr. Ted Carrick, Dr. Asa Andrew, Pastor Randy Newton & Praise Team in Atlanta, GA.
Dr. Lerner will discuss 12 minute makeover, which is focused on "surge" or "burst" training - a method that leaves your body in a state of muscle building and fat-burning due to its effect on hormone levels. It works by doing intervals of up 3 cycles of 20 seconds "surges" and rest periods followed by 2 minutes of rest.
Significant research from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the American College of Sports Medicine also shows that body fat is reduced more substantially by performing high intensity exercise as compared to long, endurance-type exercise.
