Author's book will equip believers with necessary biblical weapons

As we loom nearer and nearer to the spiritual war on the horizon, we must mobilize the sleeping giant--the church. Rosemarie Cole's A Call to War Against the Enemies of Our Faith: A Soldier's Handbook ($10.99, paperback, 978-1-60477-398-9) will bring awareness about the spiritual and physical wars we are faced with in our society today--as well as the war spoken of in Revelation that is to come. These wars will affect believers and unbelievers from every nation, tribe, and tongue.

The book will expose the enemies and give us the necessary weapons to fight with that are found in the Word of God. It also touches briefly on ten key doctrinal subjects: the deity of God, Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit, the power of God's Word, man, sin, angels, salvation, the church, and the end times. This focus on eschatology in the last chapter will bring sight to those who are spiritually blind and help them to see how a powerful army is needed on this battlefield of life.

Cole, who is passionate about seeing souls saved, says her book "is informative, basic Bible knowledge. It is based on the truths in God's Word. Hopefully [readers will] learn the weapons at our disposal in God's Word. It will sustain them when trouble comes."

Rosemarie Cole is a 38-year-old nursing assistant who has resided in Florida with her husband and two sons for the past 13 years. She was born and raised in a district called Friendship in the parish of St. Catherine, Jamaica.
