It reminds me of the relations in a big family where all relatives take care of each other.

eWayDirect, Inc., and its franchise division, the BlueLens Franchise Group, are pleased to announce the expansion of the development and technical team with the addition of Gene Gusman as director of technology, Alkesh Badshah as senior software engineer, and Andrey Stepanchak as systems administrator.
"We're thrilled to be in a position to grow the technical team," says George Kydes, chief operations officer at eWayDirect. "It will enable us to scale to meet the needs of our growing customer base while continuing to build out our service offerings."
All three feel energized by the challenges ahead. "I'm excited to help eWayDirect grow our business and continue to satisfy our clients," says Gusman. "This is a challenging time for the marketing business and I believe that eWayDirect is well positioned to help our clients navigate and succeed in the complex world of multi-channel marketing."
Badshah agrees. "eWay is positioned to be one of the most respected companies within the emarketing landscape. The company's client list, its performance and the work environment make me glad to be part of the eWay team." That emphasis on the work environment is echoed by Stepanchek. "I really like the environment and relations in the company," he says. "It reminds me of the relations in a big family where all relatives take care of each other."
Prior to joining eWayDirect, Gusman was director of technology operations at The Nielsen Company, where he was responsible for the online presence of over fifty brands, including Billboard Magazine, The Hollywood Reporter, and Adweek. At CentrPort, Inc., a marketing technology company, Gusman served as director of engineering and played a key role in the development of CentrPort's behavioral marketing platform. At circle.com where he was SVP Business Application Development, Gusman developed web-based personalization systems, lead management systems and various marketing systems for circle's Fortune 500 clients.
Both Badshah and Stepanchek have held senior engineering positions in the past. Badshah's background working with industry-leading technologies makes him an integral part of the technical development team at eWayDirect, while Stepanchek was systems manager at the biochemistry department of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine after immigrating to the United States from Russia in 1998.
