Leading online education provider Embanet today announced the appointment of Daniel Conrad to the newly created position of Chief Information Officer.
Toronto, Canada (PRWEB) January 18, 2008 -- Leading online education provider Embanet today announced the appointment of Daniel Conrad to the newly created position of Chief Information Officer.

Conrad’s previous posts include, most recently, President of Thomson Education Direct, one of the oldest and largest for-profit education companies in the US, where he served for the past four years.
Prior to that, Conrad held a number of senior positions within Thomson, including SVP and Chief Technical Officer, Delmar Learning Division, following more than 10 years in senior technology roles at other companies.
In the newly created role of CIO at Embanet, Conrad will assume responsibility for the continuing development of Embanet’s IT infrastructure, including course development and technical support.
