"Pre-game" with bite size pretzel roll sandwiches, chilled smoked salmon reubens, baby blue potato skins, and a gourmet nacho station with BBQ pulled pork and jumbo lump crab. As the game progresses, enjoy the "First Half" featuring mini kobe beef burgers, tamarind glazed chicken lollipops, Ahi tuna tacos, BBQ pulled pork tostadas, and roasted tomato and fresh mozzarella cheese pizza. Sweeten the evening with the "Fourth Quarter" sundae station with white chocolate cherry crème brulée with amaretto cookies, cheesecake brownies, house made marshmallows, and chocolate covered strawberries.

Guests who are not-so-ardent football fans, can indulge and retreat to the hotel's renowned Spa for a signature two-hour Time Ritual treatment for an additional $470 per person excluding tax and gratuity.
