Anana to deploy the NetBorder connectivity platform to optimize the performance of a SIP-based proactive contact solution at a leading wireless operator in the U.K.

Anana Ltd, today announced that they have selected Paraxip's NetBorder software solution as part of a large outbound contact center solution at a leading wireless operator based in the U.K.. The NetBorder software platform is a unique solution, providing smart connectivity services that enhance the efficiency of IP Contact Center applications. In this particular deployment, the NetBorder connectivity product is used to significantly enhance the automation rate of the customer's proactive contact applications, therefore improving agent productivity and enhancing the end customer experience with the contact center.
