Often referred to in the media as "The Luxury Diva," because of her insights on the wealthy and her expertise in luxury marketing, Moore-Moore will speak on how to maximize success as a luxury home expert serving affluent homebuyers and sellers.

Moore-Moore will share the podium with Luxury Homes by Keller Williams Director Dee Shultz at the Keller Williams Family Reunion in Atlanta (GA) on February 10th. Their joint presentation will provide details on the new Luxury Homes by Keller Williams initiative and the fact that Institute's two day certification training is required for agent participation in the program.

On March 2nd and 3rd in Las Vegas, the RE/MAX Satellite Television Network (RSN) will tape the two-day Institute for Luxury Home Marketing designation training program for regular broadcast on the RSN during 2008 and 2009. The designation training leads to membership in The Institute and is the first step in earning the prestigious Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation. On March 6th, Moore-Moore will do a convention breakout session with RE/MAX associate Gayle Henderson on "How to sell Luxury Home Successfully in a Slowing Market."

'It's always fun to present at the national real estate conventions," said Moore-Moore, "but this year will be especially exciting because the luxury home market is the good news story in real estate. Homes at the very top of the market are selling well, there is growing international demand for US luxury properties, and luxury properties are featuring more and more interesting and sometimes outrageous amenities."

The new Second Edition of Moore-Moore's "Rich Buyer, Rich Seller" book will be available at The Century 21, ERA, and Coldwell Banker convention bookstores and at The Institute's booth at the Keller Williams and RE/MAX conventions. It is also available Online at http://www.LuxuryHomeMarketing.com.

The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing (ILHM) is the premier training and research organization for real estate professionals working in the luxury home market.
