Computing Technology Industry Association to Spotlight CompTIA PDI+ Certification at ITEX 2008
New certification targets printing, document imaging skills for technology professionals
Oakbrook Terrace, IL (Vocus/PRWEB ) January 30, 2008 -- The Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA), the world’s leading provider of vendor-neutral certifications for technology professionals, will feature its newest certification, CompTIA Printing and Document Imaging+ (CompTIA PDI+) at the Information Technology, Education & Exposition (ITEX) event in Las Vegas, Nev., Feb. 21 and 22.
CompTIA PDI+ is a vendor-neutral credential that certifies an individual has the baseline technical skills necessary to service and support printing and document imaging devices; as well as business and communications skills to provide a quality customer service experience. The certification became available worldwide in early January.
Now in its eighth year, the ITEX 2008 tradeshow is the only national event in one forum that covers all aspects of the document technology and business solutions marketplaces. An elite audience of imaging dealers, value-added resellers and system integrators attends the show to stay current with the latest industry trends, practices and strategies.
CompTIA will exhibit at ITEX 2008 in Booth #823 in North Hall 4 of the Las Vegas Convention Center.
