Chelsea, MA (PRWEB) January 31, 2008
Boston Mayor Thomas M. Menino has wagered New England's #1 hot dog brand - Kayem Old Tyme natural casing hot dog - and America's #1 all natural chicken sausage - al fresco - as part of the annual bet between America's two Super Bowl XLII cities - Boston and New York.
If the Patriots complete their "Perfect Season," New York City Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg will make a donation of 100 servings of some of New Yorkers' favorite fare to a charity of Mayor Menino's choice.
If the Patriots fall short of the ultimate season, Mayor Bloomberg will treat a New York charity to New England's finest franks and healthy, delicious chicken sausages - Kayem Old Tyme and al fresco.
"Kayem Foods is proud to represent Mayor Menino and the New England region in the quest for a perfect season," said Ray Monkiewicz, president and CEO of Kayem Foods, manufacturer of Kayem Old Tyme and al fresco. "Mayor Menino picked the perfect hot dog and all natural chicken sausage to wager as part of the annual Super Bowl bet."
