Current VP Marketing Jennifer Lumba has been promoted to VP Strategy and Market Development. Jennifer has been with Rideau for over five years and in the recognition industry for over nine years. She will employ her recognition expertise in order to visualize a company's direction and help communicate that vision to others. Jennifer will be responsible for sales and marketing of the Rideau umbrella of recognition services to the global marketplace. Her extensive knowledge of the various aspects of recognition program dynamics will benefit her clients in designing their own recognition culture within their organizations.

After three years with Rideau, Lonn Shulkin has accepted the dual role of VP Sales & Marketing. Lonn is a MBA Graduate from the Richard Ivey School of Business. Responsible for the overall sales and marketing strategy and new client development for Rideau's client platforms, Lonn draws on his years of experience with Bell Canada and Grey Advertising to help him manage Rideau's exponential growth.
