Despite the current housing slump, Arizona is still experiencing significant growth, as more and more baby boomers seek retirement or vacation homes in this region, known for its upscale resorts and golf communities. As a result, both of these properties have unparalleled development potential and offer an incredible opportunity for developers and investors alike.

LFC Online, an Internet real estate auction marketing website and part of the LFC Group of Companies, has just launched an online auction to sell two parcels of prime development land in Arizona, as part of its new Land and Lots program.

One of the properties, Marble Canyon, is a preliminary platted 403-lot subdivision in the heart of Bullhead City, Arizona. The 108.5-acre parcel is zoned R1L-D6 and has all plans and approvals in place for power, water and sewage systems. Located on the northeast corner of Highway 95, the property is approximately one mile from the Colorado River and a short drive from the casinos in Laughlin, Nevada. Marble Canyon is an ideal location for future residential development, as retirees continue to relocate to the southwest where real estate is attractive yet affordable.

The second property, Talon Mountain, is also a platted residential subdivision, approved for 1,380 lots, in Eloy, Arizona. The 340-acre parcel is zoned primarily residential and is located on the northeast corner of North Toltec Road and West Hanna Road. Conveniently located a short drive away from Phoenix and Tucson, Eloy offers a variety public parks and trails for recreational activities like hiking and biking. Talon Mountain is also situated directly east and contiguous to Robson Sun Lakes, a master-planned community featuring professionally designed golf courses, club houses, restaurants, and a number of other luxurious amenities.

"We've had a lot of past success selling both homes and development lots in this region of Arizona," remarks Bill Lange, President of the LFC Group of Companies. "Despite the current housing slump, Arizona is still experiencing significant growth, as more and more baby boomers seek retirement or vacation homes in this region, known for its upscale resorts and golf communities. As a result, both of these properties have unparalleled development potential and offer an incredible opportunity for developers and investors alike."

The bid deadline for this online auction is March 20, 2008. For more information about the properties and to register to bid, go to http://www.LFC.com/713R2.
