Paz Itzhaki-Weinberger Announces Company Reorganization

Itzhaki-Weinberger Consultants (IWC) Limited, an Israeli technology firm located in Netanya, a city to the north of Tel-Aviv is undergoing structural changes that will divide the company into 4 business groups. The plan indicates during 2009-2011 company headquarters will be relocated from Netanya to central Tel-Aviv.

Netanya, Israel (PRWEB) February 3, 2008 -- Paz Itzhaki-Weinberger, CEO and Chairman of Itzhaki-Weinberger Consultants (IWC) Limited, has made a public announcement regarding the company's strategic reorganization plan. IWC Limited will be divided into the following business groups:

  • Professional Services Group: Responsible for providing professional consultancy services for corporate clients, including preparation of firms for ISO17799, BS7799, IWC-CSO and similar certifications. The group also prepares public companies or companies prior to IPO's for Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) IT and security requirements, and provides expert legal opinions on high-profile security-related trials (Cyber crime, hacking etc.).

  • Software Development Group: Responsible for the marketing efforts of IWC's 4 leading products - VIPER security platform, IWC PC Cleanup privacy platform, CLC language recognition platform and IWC video broadcaster, along with some other smaller software packages.

  • Online Activities Group: The smallest of all groups, responsible for online websites such as Vista-Gadget (http://www.vista-gadget.com) and the future Picmics.com website.

Said Paz Itzhaki-Weinberger, "This reorganization makes the future of the company look bright, and so does our planned headquarters relocation to central Tel-Aviv. It will be a challenging and rather lengthy process, fully completed only around August 2011 according to our current business roadmap. This, of course, includes the location, acquisition and actual move to the right real-estate property in the Tel-Aviv area."

Paz continues, "Splendid PatentsFund.com results for 2007 and me personally acting on the advisory board for several promising new Israeli start-up companies will guarantee our future success. Here we are, just 1 month into 2008 and already with three new start-up companies using my help looking for a second round of investment, all firms with a very promising and unique technology. The latest of these start-up companies is Sea-Eye Underwater Limited from Ashkelon, Israel (http://www.seaeyeunderwater.com/), led by a very talented entrepreneur - Dr. Ilia Vainstein, that developed a unique high data-rate hydro-acoustical modem for underwater communications."

As for short-term goals, Paz stated that "Securing funds for these 3 new start-ups is a critical 2008 goal for us, enabling even more of our already impressive growth. We believe in these firms and their leading teams, so any investor joining in might be making the deal of their lives. The overall capital raise amount for all 3 start-up companies does not exceed $5 million, making this goal reachable."
