CAI Communications, a business focused, branding, marketing, and employee communications firm in Raleigh, NC, won six Design of Excellence awards in the 21th annual GD USA of New York competition for the second year in a row.

The GD USA competition is one of the largest graphics design awards competitions in the US. The judges reviewed over 10,000 submissions, primarily from the US, in 24 categories and made 1,000 awards. The majority of the submissions were in the areas of print, packaging, point-of-purchase, Internet, interactive, and motion graphics.

Creative work for Campbell School of Law won in the categories of Web design (http://www.law.campbell.edu) and brochure design. Another award for Web design was made for L&M Companies (http://www.lmcompanies.com). Additional awards include an annual report for North Carolina Railroad, stationery for Inteligys, and logo design for Stillwater. Samples of all the work can be viewed at (http://www.caicommunications.com).

"We are excited to win six design awards for the second year in a row," said Steve McCulloch, Director of CAI Communications. "Design is only one part of an effective communications tool. We start with a focus on the customer's brand. Our intent is to reinforce their brand, improve their business, and enhance their image with every project," McCulloch commented.
