Luxury destination Spa Resort, The Gleneagles Hotel Scotland announces an £8 million ESPA Spa development.
Gleneagles latest Spa upgrade is part of a wider £18 development programme in preparation for hosting the 2014 Ryder Cup. The March 2008 opening will be celebrated with a luxury spa package.
Auchterarder (PRWEB) February 1, 2008 -- The Gleneagles® Luxury Hotel in Scotland, renowned as the ultimate destination for luxury and hospitality, launches its £8 million destination spa in early March 2008. Renowned skincare brand ESPA has worked in collaboration with award winning interior designer Amanda Rosa, to create the first ESPA branded spa in the UK at Gleneagles.
The design of The Spa at Gleneagles by ESPA draws on a winning combination of contemporary and classic, resulting in a cutting edge `spa experience that is in keeping with the hotel's image. The spa will include 20 spacious treatment rooms, many of which will have private bathrooms. One of the boldest features of the spa will be the dark brown, almost black, vitality pool, lit by fibre optics to stunning effect. In contrast to the dark sumptuousness of the heat and relaxation spaces, the Courtyard will be light and airy.
One of the most exciting aspects of the Spa is the introduction of ESPA Rituals. These Day Spa programmes will be available for the first time at Gleneagles, allowing visitors to experience a blend of luxurious treatments whilst enjoying full access to the spa, The Club leisure facilities and a delicious lunch within Deseo at The Spa. ESPA Rituals are tailored for specific needs and provide the perfect opportunity for private escapism, shared quality time with a loved one, or special group celebrations.
To celebrate the launch, Gleneagles are delighted to offer The Gleneagles Luxury Spa Experience, a beautifully designed spa day that allows guests the opportunity to immerse themselves in the spa's spectacular facilities, leaving a state of total relaxation and with a memory to cherish. The experience lasts 2 hours 15 minutes, costs £185 per person and is available from Sunday at 2pm to Friday at noon, subject to availability.
