Providing instant messaging (IM) as another means of communication within Bullhorn translates into increased productivity and collaboration for recruiters and staffing professionals. • Simplified links - when a user shares a Bullhorn page with another user, the link displays the name of the person, company or job (job number included) instead of the page URL
• Template filters - users have access to the right template with filters which allow them to filter the list of messages, notes, appointments, and task templates to display only their templates, their group's public templates, templates for anyone whose account they have delegation to view or all public templates
• View recent activity for linked records - for clients who create linked candidate and contact records, they can now see the last 10 notes from both the candidate and contact record.
• Spell check email subject lines - an enhancement to spell check, this functionality allows users to choose whether or not they want to spell check the subject line
• Auto-delete appointment invitations -reduce inbox clutter by setting preferences to automatically delete appointment invitations from the inbox once the appointment has been accepted or declined
• Easy job polling - send surveys directly from the job record to the contact listed on the job
