Richard Gross Named Senior Partner at USC Consulting Group

Twenty-seven-year veteran oversees business acquisition and analysis for the firm

Mr. Gross, who joined the firm in 1981, heads the business acquisition and analysis functions for the operations management consulting firm. In this capacity, he directs teams responsible for establishing new, and cultivating existing, client relationships, and determining the economic value of potential operational improvements for both. His expertise spans a broad spectrum of industries, including airlines, beverage, chemical processing, defense, energy, food processing, HVAC, manufacturing, mining, pharmaceutical, railroads, retail, and steel. Prior to his current position, Mr. Gross spent ten years in operations, where he developed proficiency in Lean methodologies, Six Sigma, and supply chain management.
