Buffalo, NY (PRWEB) February 4, 2008 -- Software development company AutoEforms today announced their successful completion of its Customer Lounge Status Board module. Coupled with the ShopWatch Service Management System; dealership clients utilizing ShopWatch may install a television monitor in the waiting lounge that informs service customers the status of their vehicle while in the shop. As the customer vehicle makes progress in the bay; the Service Advisor makes updates in the ShopWatch System. Once an advisor has updated a job in ShopWatch, the status board instantly reflects the update to inform the customer of their vehicle status. Once the repair is complete; the Customer Lounge monitor will inform the customer that their vehicle is ready. The status board module was designed to increase service drive accountability and customer satisfaction.
