Simmons as Managing Director of West Africa operating company, Global Covenant Security Services, Ltd. (GCSS). Mr. Simmons will be working closely with GCSS clients to help them evaluate market entry opportunities and associated risk factors, and also implement operational plans and mitigation measures that maximize business and financial performance.

A graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Mr. Simmons' career includes security leadership, operations management and investigative experience in both the corporate and government sectors. He has held senior management positions in the Mobil Corporation (and later in the Exxon/Mobil Corporation), culminating as Manager of Security for Exxon/Mobil's Africa operations.
Mr. Simmons success is based on his ability to adapt to business conditions and diverse operating environments. Noteworthy successes include targeting pervasive corruption in procurement contracting.
