iAmplify.com announced today that David Naggar, former President Random House Audio, Diversified, Information, & Travel Publishing Groups joined iAmplify.com as President. Michael J. Wolf, former President and COO of MTV Networks and Jacqueline Leo, former Editor-In-Chief of Reader's Digest joined iAmplify as Senior Advisors, with Ms. Leo acting as a Business Development Consultant as well.

Prior to joining iAmplify, Naggar spent sixteen years in various executive positions at Bertelsmann AG, most recently President Random House Audio, Diversified, Information, & Travel Publishing Groups. Prior to that he held the position of SVP, Director of the Random House Inc. Sales Group, and was also VP and Director of Direct Response Marketing at France Loisirs, Bertelsmann's Book Club based in Paris. David has an MBA from the Stern School of Business and a BS from Cornell University.

About David Naggar
David Naggar is the former President of Random House Audio, Diversified, Information and Travel Publishing Groups where he oversaw record growth of many businesses including: Fodor's Travel, Random House Audio, Princeton Review, Prima Guides, Living Language, House of Collectibles and Random House Reference, Value and Large Print Publishing. He created numerous new businesses for digital distribution of content while simultaneously growing traditional hardcopy sales. He also successfully negotiated several major deals including three Harry Potter audiobooks and Bill Clinton's MY LIFE audiobook, as well as the first deals to put Random House content into Starbucks and on iTunes.

Mr. Naggar previously served as the Senior Vice President Director of Sales at Random House where he headed the largest trade sales force in Publishing and Vice President of Sales Development where he managed the integration of sales forces between Random House and Bantam Doubleday Dell. Before joining Random House, Naggar also held the VP position of Direct Response Marketing at France Loisirs (French book club) and Director of Business Operations at Bantam Doubleday Dell.

Naggar graduated with an MBA from New York University's Stern School of Business and received his BS from Cornell University. He serves as co-chairman of Mid Atlantic Board of Advisors to Jumpstart (a childhood literacy non-profit organization). In his spare time, Naggar plays basketball and practices yoga. He is married with five children aged 1 to 11.

About Michael J. Wolf
Michael J. Wolf is the former President and Chief Operating Officer of MTV Networks where he was responsible for leading all of the company's business and technology operations including Advertising Sales, Affiliate Sales and Marketing, Finance, Business and Strategy Development, Legal Affairs, Information Systems, Creative Services, Research and Production Operations.

Mr. Wolf previously was the Managing Partner of McKinsey & Company's global Media and Entertainment Practice and served as the top consultant to the CEOs and senior executives and boards of many of the world's leading media, entertainment and internet companies. He also directed many of the most newsworthy and dramatic transactions, strategic alignments and innovations in these industries during the past decade. Before joining McKinsey, Wolf was a Senior Partner with Booz Allen & Hamilton, where he founded and led the Media and Entertainment Practice. He also served on Booz Allen's Board of Directors and Executive Management Committee and was also the firm's Chief Marketing Officer.

Author of the influential THE ENTERTAINMENT ECONOMY: How Mega Media Forces Are Transforming Our Lives (Random House) and numerous articles and op-ed pieces, Wolf is a member of the boards of trustees of The Educational Broadcasting Corporation and The International Radio and Television Society. Wolf, his wife and their three children live in Manhattan.

About Jacqueline Leo
Jacqueline Leo worked in a variety of media: She was Vice President of Editorial Operations, Sales and Marketing for Meredith Interactive where she oversaw the digital development of Better Homes and Gardens (magazine) and Ladies' Home Journal; she was Senior Producer and Editorial Director for ABC News' Good Morning America; she served as Editorial Director for Consumer Reports magazine and all of their varied media products.

After spending years in the magazine and newspaper business, she founded and launched Child (magazine) in 1986. After acquiring the magazine, The New York Times Magazine Group appointed her Editor-in-Chief of Family Circle magazine. Under her leadership, an article on toxic waste dumping won the 1990 National Magazine Award for Public Interest, the first time that a woman's magazine ever received the honor. Leo later became Editorial Director of The New York Times Women's Magazine Group, where she launched Fitness magazine, and a variety of special interest publications.

From 2001 through November 2007, Leo was Vice President and Editor-in-Chief of Reader's Digest, the largest paid circulation magazine in the U.S., with a readership of 38 million. She was responsible for converting the magazine from reprints to original content, and introducing contemporary graphics, columns and features in the magazine.

Leo has won a number of awards, and has served in leadership positions with media organizations. She is a former President of the American Society of Magazine Editors and a three-time nominee for a National Magazine Award. She is also the recipient of the Breakthrough Award, and a Matrix Award from New York Women in Communications, an organization for which she also served as President. Leo also served on the Board of Governors of the New York Academy of Sciences for ten years.

Leo is married to columnist and author John Leo, a senior fellow at The Manhattan Institute. Her daughter, Alex Leo, is associate editor of 236.com. Leo is originally from Brooklyn and attended the City University of New York.
