Cincinnati, OH (PRWEB) February 6, 2008
Xperianz announces the promotion of Peter Scully, 50, from President to President and Chief Executive Officer. Additionally Mr. Scully is elected to Xperianz' Board of Directors.
The announcement was made by co-founder and former CEO, Eric Vayo-Smith, who remains Xperianz' Chairman. "This well deserved promotion marks the launch of a strategic re-plan and restructuring, and the beginning of Xperianz' expansion to a National consulting firm. After one year of planning and three years of execution and refinement, Xperianz has a finely tuned business model that balances our unique value to our Clients and our Consultants while meeting our founding employees' and members' goals for rapid, national expansion," explains Mr. Smith, referring to the company's unique consulting model that engages only highly experienced professionals on a local basis by deploying them against value-driven middle market companies. Now recognized as a unique and superior alternative to incumbent Consulting and Interim Expertise business models, Xperianz' deploys only proven subject matter expertise from both Industry and Consulting, with the depth of experience to identify, frame and fully customize solutions to meet the unique needs of value-driven middle market companies.
"We took a page out of our own book when we hired Pete mid-2007 -- minimizing cost and risk by hiring the most appropriate expertise -- not the most available," says Mr. Smith. "Pete quickly grasped Xperianz' unique value proposition and its potential to create an entirely new industry. In the past six months Pete has demonstrated his ability to lead Xperianz and grow a unique startup venture to a national, industry-leading position."
Pete brings more than 25 years of senior management, consulting and entrepreneurial experience to Xperianz. Prior to joining Xperianz, Pete was Senior Vice President of Greystone, a national financial services company based in New York City. During that time Mr. Scully spearheaded the launch and business development for a new division that developed a financing program targeted to banks with assets up to $25 billion and businesses with revenues up to $500 million. Pete also served as a member of the management team that launched Private Business, Inc., a bank services company that went from start-up to public company and provided financial services, technology and marketing support to more than 2,000 community and regional banks in the U.S. Pete was the President and CEO of RMSA, one of the nation's leading inventory consulting and forecasting company, serving more than 1,000 retail clients throughout the U.S. and overseas. He was a management consultant with Price Waterhouse in New York City and also served in management positions with IBM and BMW. Pete received his Bachelor's degree from Georgetown University, which he attended on an academic scholarship.
"This is an exciting and pivotal time for Xperianz and I am excited about what lies ahead of us; we have a winning business model and a great team. As we implement our growth strategy I am confident the marketplace will continue to recognize Xperianz' leadership in pioneering a new kind of consulting firm that balances the growing needs of middle-market companies with those of our rapidly expanding and maturing workforce," commented Mr. Scully. "Xperianz has worked hard to understand and respond to the needs of both our consultants and our clients. We leverage each consultant's unique depth of experience to provide tailored solutions that our value driven middle-market clients otherwise would be unlikely to pursue."
Xperianz is a new kind of consultancy, providing on-demand business expertise to help clients reduce cost, manage risk, and leverage people, processes and technology for competitive advantage. They are deploying a new model for consulting that leverages local, senior-level consultants with the depth of expertise to frame and deliver completely customized solutions that meet the growing demands of today's value-driven, middle market companies.
