Fashion Designer Paulina Quintana, Inc. Files Damages Lawsuit in California
Fashion designer Paulina Quintana, Inc. has filed a lawsuit against AllGo USA Inc. in Los Angeles.
Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) February 8, 2008 -- Fashion designer Paulina Quintana, Inc. has filed a lawsuit against AllGo USA Inc. in Los Angeles County Superrior Court. (Paulina Quintana, Inc. v. AllGo USA, Inc., L.A.S.C. Case Number BC384732). The lawsuit alleges, among other things, that AllGo USA Inc., a freight transportation arrangement company, breached its agreement with Paulina Quintana, Inc. by failing to properly distribute its clothing to retailers throughout the United States and to exercise reasonable care to avoid causing foreseeable harm to the company.
Paulina Quintana is known for creating contemporary and unique clothes for girls and boys for all seasons with retro-inspired fabrics, as well as chic leather diaper bags. The lawsuit seeks in excess of $190,000 in damages.
