Freedom Renewable Energy Signs Agreement For Installation of the First Biosphere System ™ in the United States
The Biosphere Process™ gasifies solid waste into a synthesis gas used to power a gas or steam turbine. (PRWEB) February 9, 2008 -- Freedom Renewable Energy (Freedom), licensed by Global Environmental Energy Corp (Global) (OTCBB:GEECF - DE:GLI) to sell the Biosphere System™ in the Americas, signed its first U.S. Agreement with Americans Waste - to - Energy LLC (AW2E) for the for the installation of a complete Biosphere System™ at the Cedar Grove Project South of Atlanta, Georgia.
The agreement requires Freedom to deliver and deploy three Biosphere Systems to the Cedar Grove site over the next 12 months. The Cedar Grove project is the first of many expected in the United States. Freedom and AW2E will generate revenue from both tipping fees and the sale of electricity paying GEECF a 12.5% Royalty in connection with this project.
