The TúYo deal represents a solid opportunity for Magicpins to expand into the booming Hispanic wireless market and a tangible way for Magicpins to get to the next level of distribution growth. Magicpins' thrust is to explore new business opportunities and markets.

Under this agreement, Magicpins.com has distribution rights to distribute TúYo Mobile refills and phones. In the past, Magicpins concentrated on selling pins themselves. This is the first alliance where the company is selling physical phones and in a different market.

The Hispanic market is very large. Hispanic telecom spending is typically cash based, and expected to reach $28 billion by this year, according to Atlantic ACM. While the market has concentration, it is national in nature.
