AcesDeals.com launched in beta form earlier this month and has been getting a steady share of traffic from the day one. Built on a Joomla 1.5 platform, a popular open source content system, the site is designed to display a number of new deals several times a day. RSS feeds are available for users who want to syndicate content from Ace's on their own site or for those who prefer to subscribe through a newsfeed reader. There is also a user forum where site visitors can post coupons and bargains they have found.
AcesDeals.com is marketed through a variety of proprietary social networking techniques, including a Facebook page that provides site updates to the popular social networking site.
A relative newcomer to Affiliate Marketing, Sean saw the potential after doing a market assessment of several other high traffic affiliate sites and experimenting during the 2007 holiday season.
A recent study by e-Consultancy noted that Affiliate Marketing was responsible for more than £3 Billion in sales in 2007, up 45% from the prior year.
