Industry Veterans Al Hamman and Judith Halleran Team to Promote International Trade
International marketing team reunites to provide US marketing assistance to companies abroad.
Johnson City, TN (PRWEB) February 13, 2008 -- International marketing executives Judith Halleran and Al Hamman have joined forces to promote business development with companies in emerging markets. The collaboration unites two veterans with considerable business development experience in both the domestic and international arenas.
Judith (Jude) Halleran served for more than 18 years in various senior management positions for International Executive Service Corps (IESC), a private, not-for-profit economic development organization.
Her most recent position was Senior Vice President for Global Operations where she was responsible for overall management of IESC trade-oriented business development programs around the world. She designed IESC's Fast Track Trade program approach, a featured strategy of the Jordan US Business Partnership program and an integral part of all IESC export trade and competitiveness programming worldwide.
Prior to IESC, her career included positions in the marketing and advertising fields, including almost 10 years as a principal of a marketing and advertising consultancy.
Al Hamman is a former district sales manager, corporate marketing director, and ad agency executive with experience in a wide range of sales support services including advertising, channel marketing, direct mail, public relations, package design, and trade show promotion.
Al began his marketing consultancy--Hamman Marketing Associates (HMA)--in 1999, and has worked with clients in technology, food, textiles, and international business development, including contract work with IESC and its global field representatives.
The duo has begun a program with the Business Development Center of Jordan to assist six Jordanian companies prepare to introduce their products to the United States. The program--funded in large part by the United States Agency for International Development--is based on the U.S. Market Entry Program, a comprehensive plan including market research, product positioning, sales support materials, and channel support to complete the sales cycle.
