She has played key roles in almost every aspect of Human Resources, including employee and labour relations, contract negotiations, performance enhancement, change management and policy development.
In her role as Vice President of Human Resources at Embanet, Springer will head a team of Human Resource professionals to support the company’s over 200 employees.
