Landlordia is an online property management application that offers landlords the ability to track and analyze expenses, share resources, and store tenant and contractor information in a centralized location.

With real estate investment now a popular trend, owners need cost efficient ways to help manage their properties. Landlordia.com is a new online property management community that has been created to meet the needs of small to medium size landlords and real estate investors. Set to launch a public beta release on February 14, 2008, Landlordia offers resources and features that simplify property management.

Landlordia provides real estate investors with features that include sharing resources as a community, tracking and analyzing expenses, sending service maintenance reminders, and providing a miniature web site for their apartment listings. Additional features that will be developed in the future include a property management discussion forum, messaging system for easy, traceable tenant communication and other features that the community will need.

According to CEO and Landlordia developer, W.T. Everette III, the ultimate goal of Landlordia is "to empower smaller property investors with the tools to effectively and efficiently control their real estate properties." Everette developed the idea after realizing the difficulty he and friends had managing multiple properties and the lack of personality he received from property management companies. After speaking with other associates he found out this was not a problem he was experiencing alone. "It became apparent to me that there were expensive options targeted to big real estate investors, but nothing for smaller property investors," says Everette. "Landlordia provides a viable option for real estate investors like me."

W.T. Everette is a graduate of the McCormick School of Engineering at Northwestern University and has experience developing for numerous web applications including for Zap2it and Peapod Inc. He started his own web design company, Clandestine Web, to design Landlordia and other projects.
