Religitech Records, a small record label in Raleigh, North Carolina, announces the release of its new 12 DVD Piano By Ear Home Study Series For Beginners. The course was produced by Mr. Bernette Williams and Charlene Williams who wanted to offer alternative methods of learning music.
"I found myself learning to play piano without any formal training or assistance during my teen years. I was able to play just about any song I heard on bass, guitar and piano," says Bernette Williams who is the company's president. "I figured out rhythmic patterns for a variety of music genres and saw them crossing over into other styles of music. The same chord progressions used in gospel were also used in blues, country and pop. I just want to show people how easy it is to learn," Mr. Williams added.
The 12 DVD series is designed to give students a library of short cuts covering a variety of subjects including theory, scales, chord construction, chord progressions, ear training and transposing. "I wish I had access to the information in this course the first time I sat down at a piano. It would have saved me thousands of hours in study and practice time," Williams added.
The company released several other products in the past including a Comedy CD titled "Bernette Williams featuring Ol' Billy Bob." It also released several inspirational audio books including "200,000 Demons On The Beach," and "A Cruise Ship Called life."
