Midwest ENERGY Association has been approved as an Authorized Provider by the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET), 8405 Greensboro Drive, Suite 800, McLean, VA 22102.

Eagan, MN (PRWEB) February 19, 2008 -- Midwest ENERGY Association (MEA) announces that they have been approved as an Authorized Provider by the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET), 8405 Greensboro Drive, Suite 800, McLean, VA 22102. In obtaining this approval, MEA has demonstrated that it complies with the ANSI/IACET Standards which are widely recognized as standards of good practice internationally. As a result of their Authorized Provider membership status, MEA is authorized to offer IACET CEUs for its programs that qualify under the ANSI/IACET Standards.

With this authorization, users of MEA's online learning, www.energyu.org, are now eligible to earn Continuing Education Units. Almost all of MEA's courses qualify at www.energyu.org. Current subscribers who have completed both a training course and it's corresponding knowledge test from January 1, 2007 forward may apply for CEUs. For more information regarding the application process, contact Dianne Felty at 651-289-9600 x131.
