Ground breaking for the new Hallelujah Acres International Headquarters will be celebrated Friday, February 29, 2008, at 2PM. This first phase of The Villages of Hallelujah Acres expansive development and proposed 300+ acre building project is located directly across the street from Hallelujah Acres' present location on Highway 180 South in Shelby, North Carolina. With the amount of land currently available to Hallelujah Acres for the development, over 1,000 homes are possible, including condominiums and single family detached dwellings. Phase One residential will include 22 Estate lots (averaging ½ to ¾ acres), 51 Patio Home lots (¼ acre), and 16 Condominiums - encompassing 42 acres of land area.
