John Lee Joins Greenplum as VP of Engineering Operations
Lee brings more than twenty years of industry experience to database company.

Lee brings over twenty years of industry experience to Greenplum, from his early work as a software engineer to his later roles as an executive manager with multidisciplinary responsibilities. Prior to joining Greenplum, Lee was a Senior Director in salesforce.com's engineering group, where he was responsible for ensuring software reliability and scalability. Lee also spent several years at Microsoft, where he was responsible for software test tools development. Before that, Lee was a Group Director of Managed Development at Siebel. He also spent nine years at Oracle, where he was Director of Engineering in the Server Technologies group, working closely with customers to enhance the performance and scalability of Oracle releases 8.x and 9i.
