Nominations for 2008 HeliosHR Apollo Awards Open Until March 14
In partnership with SmartCEO magazine and Washington metropolitan chapters of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), HeliosHR announced the 2008 Helios Apollo Awards™. The Apollo Awards™ recognize Washington-area organizations that promote employee growth and development as an integral part of their organizational culture. The deadline for submission of nominations is Friday, March 14, 2008.

(PRWEB) February 19, 2008 -- In partnership with SmartCEO magazine and Washington metropolitan chapters of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), HeliosHR announced the 2008 Helios Apollo Awards™. The Apollo Awards™ recognize Washington-area organizations that promote employee growth and development as an integral part of their organizational culture.
The deadline for submission of nominations is Friday, March 14, 2008. Award finalists and winners will be recognized at a breakfast ceremony on Friday, June 6 at the Fairview Park Marriott in Falls Church. Nominations can be submitted online.
Winners of the 2007 Helios HR Apollo Awards™:
Nominations will be reviewed by an independent panel of recognized workforce development and human resource authorities. Organizations must have a location in the Washington DC metropolitan area in order to be eligible for consideration.
The Helios Apollo Awards™ recognize Washington-area organizations that promote a continuous learning environment as part of their organizational culture. Criteria for consideration include: 1) creating new and challenging opportunities in support of their commitment; 2) communication of such opportunities; and 3) impact such programs have on the organization
