The Voice Message Broadcast product will come in three distinct formats: a basic which will deliver just Voice Message Broadcast capability, an advanced version which will deliver not only Voice Message Broadcast capability but Text and Email as well, and finally a customized version for those larger companies who may have needs and functionality outside of the standard basic and advanced versions.
The initial Voice Message Broadcasting option will be the customized solution, building on the strength of Calibrus' experience of delivering custom Hosted Solutions in the IVR, Call Recording, and Third Party Verification. The two "out-of-the-box" solutions will become available later in the year.
