This new room-darkening mask has a unique design that completely blocks out all light in a room at night and it also blocks the bright sunlight when mask is worn by those who sleep during daytime.
This unique Weber No Light mask is made of a laminate of two different thicknesses of black foam material to make it possible to sleep in complete darkness at all times. On the outside of the mask is the thin (1/8 thick"), strong, black flexible foam shell. Inside of this is fastened another layer of half-inch thick sponge-like soft, comfortable, shape-able foam with two circular cutouts (1-3/4" dia.). Cutouts are placed directly in front of the wearer's eyes. Purpose of cutouts is to provide an opening to allow the wearer's eyes the freedom to blink and open or close at any time. A one-quarter inch wide easily adjustable elastic strap holds the mask comfortably in place on the wearer's head. A unique and easy to remove washable liner fits on the inside of the mask, between the soft foam part of the mask and wearer's face. As needed, this liner can be removed, washed, allowed to dry and re-used many times. The purpose of the liner is to keep the inside of the mask clean, fresh and sanitary at all times. It also dramatically extends the useful life of the mask.
