As well as six cities in Spain, Get Ready Rentals, the holiday accommodation specialists are celebrating the first stage of their expansion into Western Europe. With promising results already in Amsterdam, Nice, Paris and Budapest and with further destination openings planned for later in the year, Get Ready Rentals is now five steps closer to becoming one of the leading holiday apartment suppliers in Europe.

In the second half of 2007, Get Ready Rentals began with a bang, starting with five apartments in Granada, Spain and also in Bogota, Colombia, celebrating their first bookings in January.

In the past couple of months, Get Ready also added some new properties to it's list of holiday apartments in Costa Del Sol, doubling availability in this region of southern spain.

Bookings are increasing, as does traffic to these sites and other new destinations Get Ready Rentals is set to open in 2008. To cope with this recent growth, The company is also expanding it's staff with employees coming on board since the start of this year, to help with expansion of the business and the increase in enquiries each website receives.

So far, the first new destinations in Nice, Amsterdam, Valencia, Paris and Budapest have produced promising results. Within one week of opening, Amsterdam holiday apartments had nine in their portfolio and plenty of interest from other property owners, hopeful that Get Ready's hard work might turn over a few extra bookings for their properties this summer season. Already, bookings and enquiries are rolling in.

Nice and Paris have had to work a little harder, gauging and responding to the local market in France and developing terms and conditions that better suit apartment owners in these areas which are already in full swing, with holiday apartment rental already a huge industry in this corner of the world.

At the same time, Get Ready Rentals also opened in costa blanca. Holiday apartments in Valencia were sourced by word of mouth from happy property owners in Seville.

So what's the secret of Get Ready's success? Gaizka Pujana, company owner believes its the strength of the brand he has worked to develop during the past five years, coupled with excellent service that's appealing to both property owners and holiday makers.

"Users on our websites can book online, quickly and simply, but they can also contact us through live chat support, email and telephone if they have any doubts or a special requests. The process is easy for them, but they like the ability to talk to a real person too if needs be", he says.

Property owners are also well looked after, as Pujana provides them with access to an online booking management system, so they can control everything from their property's availability, to rates per night and equipment lists.
