In addition to the development of SHARP Staffing®, AHS' productivity tool, Ms. Dorwart was responsible for business activities and consulting services for productivity benchmarking, implementation and monitoring, as well as recruitment and retention engagements.

Ms. Dorwart has been an integral part of the AHS team since July 2004. In addition to the development of SHARP Staffing®, AHS' productivity tool, her work includes qualitative and quantitative research and evaluation, performance measurement development, and strategic planning. Prior to being named COO, Ms. Dorwart was responsible for business activities and consulting services for productivity benchmarking, implementation and monitoring, as well as recruitment and retention engagements.
In addition to designing the architecture and process of the SHARP Staffing® service line, Ms. Dorwart expanded the product's client base by 250% in 2007 and contributed to growing the revenue base by a factor of 11. In addition, Stephanie is also responsible for recruiting many talented and vital senior executives and consultants to the AHS team over the past four years, also lending to the increasing success of the firm.

Ms. Dorwart won the Delta Omega, Omicron Chapter, 2004 Outstanding Thesis Award.
Stephanie's analytical and mathematical skills, combined with in-depth practical, healthcare experience will enable her to lead and support the firm very well as its new Chief Operating Officer.
