Bustin & Co. Workshop in DFW Offers Business Leaders Tools to Address Their Most Significant Performance Challenges

Whether you believe we are in a recession or entering one, there's no question economic growth has slowed. How is your company responding?

(PRWEB) February 26, 2008 -- Bustin & Co. (http://www.bustin.com) will host an all-day workshop led by Greg Bustin on Friday, April 11, in Dallas for CEOs, owners, partners and leadership teams to provide them with proven, practical solutions to address their biggest performance challenges.

Bustin recently surveyed 200 business leaders and asked them to name their biggest performance challenges. The top three responses were 1) Gaining buy-in among the leadership team on corporate priorities, 2) Following through to execute the company's business plan, and 3) Driving accountability throughout the organization.

CEOs and leadership teams that I work with want to know the steps they can take now to raise performance and protect their companies in a downturn

  • Where to find increased revenue, profitability and productivity
  • A set of tools for driving accountability and sustaining improved performance
  • Bustin's newest book, Lead The Way, which provides a step-by-step process for improving performance
The workshop costs $395 per leader, and $345 for each subsequent leader from the same organization. Seating is limited to 24 people on a first-come, first-served basis.

Greg Bustin leads a group of successful CEOs committed to improving their performance, and within the last six months has presented private workshops to 26 CEO groups throughout the U.S.
