Website Releases Online Directory of Preschools Around the Country

There have been many studies done about the importance of school and early education as it relates to future success; hence, preschools are vitally important and should not be overlooked by parents looking to educate their young children. The website is a great resources for parents and guardians alike who desire to look for a preschool in their area.

The Webmaster of Search Preschools stated that he felt that there needed to be an online resource for parents looking for good schools, namely preschools. Having a 5-year old, he stated that he had a tough time looking for a school close to his home, but after some research, he came up with a great idea--making a comprehensive online list of the majority of preschools in major cities.

The website is very user-friendly and as one can see, the directions are clear and direct. One simply has to click on the links to access the pertinent information. On the homepage of, all 50 states are listed with each state's major cities listed under its name. To the left of the homepage is a quick reference point for the big cities of the United States, including (but not limited to) Los Angeles, Houston, Miami, Tucson, Nashville, Boston, Las Vegas, and Salt Lake City.

Every city listed on has a link and once clicked, will take the user to another page where there is an extensive list of all the preschools in the area. For example, if one lived in the Los Angeles area (of California), one may be able to access a majority of preschools, ranging from the Hilltop Cooperative to the Gates Street Children's Center. Or, if one lived in Norfolk, Virginia, then one would know the addresses of Ghent Academy, Calvary Urban ministry Center, and Kings Kids Preschool and Learning Center, etc. Each entry has the school name, address, and phone number.

In all, is a great online resource for those researching preschools for their youngsters. As it is known that education is the key to success, early education is vital to early success.
