Brenda Holley was promoted to Regional Manager with Aquent in July of 2007 after three years with the firm and in January of 2008 took on added responsibility of all the Florida markets for the company. Brenda manages Aquent's South Region consisting of seven markets including Atlanta, Orlando, South Florida, Tampa, Raleigh/Durham, Charlotte, and Nashville. Brenda was initially hired as the Area Manager for the Atlanta office in 2004 and began managing the Nashville office in 2005.
Brenda has over 20 years of multi-branch and multi-state staffing experience across various niche fields including Professional, IT, Marketing, Creative as well as various commercial staffing areas. She was with StaffMark as General Manager in Atlanta for 17 years and with Georgia-Pacific as Assistant General Manager of their internal flexible staffing unit in multiple states. Brenda's areas of expertise include staff management, large client strategic sales, implementation of outsourced engagements, acquisitions and branch as well as territory start-ups.
Brenda has a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources from Mercer University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and is a diversity trainer and certified life coach. She is active with the local American Marketing Association, the National and Georgia Minority Supplier Development Council, the Georgia Chamber of Commerce as well as other community groups across her territories.
