SGFGifts.com Opens a New Blog for Customers, Announces Promotion

Steven Findley of http://www.SGFGifts.com has opened a new customer-oriented blog at http://www.WorldOfProductsBlog.com, informing customers of sales, specials, and items of interest. Through his blog, he attempts to bridge the gap of the Internet and bring back the personal feel of brick and mortar sales.

"I wanted to focus my business on honesty, good prices and services, so I opened a couple of web sites," explains Steven Findley, detailing the origin of his web store, http://www.SGFGifts.com. "I opened sites so I could offer the whole country these items -- items that the people deserve."

With that mindset at the forefront, Steven has operated his web-based business for a year, offering quality items at an affordable price. "I was looking for something that isn't outpriced, with quality products. I came up with something that offers thousands of items on one web site," he says, proud of his online superstore. "It's a friendly web site. When customers get there, they can just go to the home page and look at the products, which are in a variety of categories."

Carrying items from areas such as home décor, cultural knickknacks, and children's toys was a good start, but Steven wanted to interact more closely with his customers. To do this, he opened a blog at http://www.WorldOfProductsBlog.com, where he can discuss changes in the business and new products. "I looked at products that people would be interested in, and I looked for good prices," he says, but he isn't set on being the only game in town. "If I find a good-priced product somewhere else, I'll be telling whoever reads my blog about it. I don't have to be selling it; I just have to think it's a good buy, and I'll let other people know."

He also lets people know about his current promotions and specials. "I want people to know that when they visit the web site for the first time, if they want to make a purchase, they can email me; I'll give them a $10 credit toward their first purchase, to show my appreciation," offers Steven, but it doesn't end there. "After the first purchase, there will be other rewards. We also offer a service for people who are on the go all the time. If they know what they're looking for but don't have the time to browse the store, they can email us and we'll look it up and let them know what we have."

Steven is a strong supporter of his customers and being of service to them. "I believe in the American Dream and the American people. We're very family-oriented; we believe in family values, as far as being honest and getting back to people in a timely fashion. We give the people what they deserve."
